(1) I agree that nothing shall terminate or supersede this agreement.

 

(2) I agree that this agreement may be modified by the owner of this website “FWB List” at anytime.

 

(3) I agree that if this agreement is modified the “Modified” date will be updated to serve as due notice of any modifications and it is my responsibility to periodically check the “Modified” date for changes.

 

(4) I certify that I am over 18 years of age and I agree to produce a valid form of photo identification immediately upon meeting another user in person.

 

(5) I agree that I am the only person authorized to access the FWB LIST site using my Username and Password and I agree to be held solely responsible for the security of my Username and Password and all activity on the FWB List site that occurs from the use of my Username and Password, and I agree to be held liable for damages of any kind that occur on the FWB List site from the use of my Username and Password.

 

(6) I agree NOT to post, or attempt to discuss, anything known to be illegal, or even questionable, such as photos, videos, text, comments, chat, or email, and I will promptly report any such activities to the website admin so they can be reviewed and/or removed.

 

(7) I agree NOT to post any copyright protected materials or content that is not my own material. If you feel that material on this site infringes on your personal copyrights, please contact the website admin so they can be reviewed and/or removed.

 

(8) I agree that any information I add to this website will be respectful to others, harmonious to the nature of this website, accurate, and that I will not falsely represent myself online or in person, for any reason, especially to gain entry to any social events the club may have.
